Welcome to Vanity Ink Artistry. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking with us. 

  1. Services Provided

Vanity Ink Artistry specializes in professional makeup services, including bridal makeup, special event looks, photoshoots, and fashion shows. Our international experience includes working in Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, and the United States, with a focus on delivering flawless, personalized artistry.

  1. Bookings and Deposits

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total service fee. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation, or the appointment may be forfeited. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon.

  1. Trial Sessions

I recommend a trial session for bridal or large event bookings, ideally scheduled 6-12 weeks before the event. Please note that trials are subject to additional charges. If a second trial is required, this will incur an additional fee. Any adjustments or changes requested during trials will be noted, but I cannot be held liable for minor differences in the final result on the event day.

  1. Travel and Accommodation Fees

For on-location services, travel within a 10-mile radius is included at no extra cost. Travel beyond this distance will incur a fee based on mileage. Clients are also responsible for any additional expenses, such as parking fees, accommodation for early morning or long-distance bookings, and other travel-related costs. These will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming the appointment.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid losing the deposit. Cancellations within less than 48 hours will result in forfeiting the deposit, and rescheduling is subject to availability. For event bookings, cancellations made less than one month prior will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance, while cancellations made less than two weeks prior will incur a 90% charge. If Vanity Ink Artistry is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure a clean, Ill-lit, and temperature-controlled space for makeup services, with access to power outlets and mirrors. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Vanity Ink Artistry of any skin allergies or sensitivities before the service begins. Failure to do so may result in allergic reactions, for which I cannot be held liable.

  1. Health and Safety

Vanity Ink Artistry adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools and products are sanitized between clients. Clients are encouraged to disclose any skin concerns to avoid adverse reactions. Vanity Ink Artistry is not responsible for any allergic reactions due to failure to disclose allergies.

  1. Photo and Media Usage

By booking with Vanity Ink Artistry, you agree to allow photographs or videos taken during your appointment to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and portfolios. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing prior to the appointment.

  1. Payments

The full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. I accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and cash. Failure to complete the payment on the day of service may result in additional fees or cancellation of future appointments.
